Getting your pet somewhere shouldn’t take your whole day.

Tagalong started with a simple idea: getting your pet somewhere shouldn’t mean taking half a day off work. Groomer appointments, boarding drop-offs, a move across town, the ride home after a stay. They all need someone who knows how to get a dog or cat from one door to another calmly.

We’re based on Garden Row in Westmere and plan rides around the neighborhoods nearby. Every ride is door to door, planned with you before the day and ends with a named person at the other end. Our rides are pet-only, so all our attention stays on the passenger.

Dogs and cats ride differently, so we treat them differently. Cats always travel in their own closed carrier, handed over still inside it. Dogs ride in a secured crate or clipped in with a harness they know. Every pet travels with something from home.

Most of all, we listen. You know how your pet travels, what worries them and what helps. We write it down, plan around it and pass it on, so the person at the other end knows too.

Door to door
We collect from your door and hand over at the next one. No meeting points, no waiting rooms.

We agree who hands over and who receives before the day, and we only hand your pet to them.
Their own travel space
A closed carrier for cats, a secured crate or harness for dogs, with a blanket from home.
A message when they arrive
We let you know when your pet has been handed over, so you’re not left wondering.
